1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped.
2. Estimated Delivery Time
Estimated shipping times vary by destination:
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International Orders: 10–15 business days depending on the destination country
These are estimates only and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Actual delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or other factors outside our control.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery through the carrier's website. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipment for tracking information to update.
4. Possible Delays
While we do our best to ship all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- High order volume during promotional periods
- Carrier delays or disruptions
- Weather events or natural disasters
- Customs processing for international shipments

5. International Shipping
We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may be applied by their country's customs authority. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are beyond our control.
Please note that some countries may have restrictions on importing dietary supplements. It is the customer's responsibility to verify local regulations before placing an order.
6. Incorrect Address
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Veloran is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address after placing your order, contact us immediately at contact.nxsupplements@gmail.com and we will do our best to update it before shipment.
